BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM BROKERAGE SERVICE CONTRACT
1. Parties
This Bugün Nereye Gidelim Rental Brokerage Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) by and between BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM REKLAM VE TANITIM TURİZM LİMİTED COMPANY located at the address of………………………………….(hereinafter briefly referred to as bugünnereyegidelim.com or the company) and the customer or user who has approved the rules specified on www.bugünnereyegidelim.com website and entered into force electronically.

2. Definitions
Site: www.bugünnereyegidelim.com and subdomains linked to the site name where bugünnereyegidelim.com offers its services, Company: It refers to the BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM REKLAM VE TANITIM TURİZM LİMİTED COMPANY that provides brokerage services on the contract between the lessor (owner) and the lessee (customer).

Advertiser: Real or legal persons who rent an Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht on the Site.
Owner: owner or natural or legal persons authorized to rent Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht
Customer: any User who agrees that he has read and understood the Bugün Nereye Gidelim Rental Brokerage Service Agreement and the terms of confidentiality and cancellation on the Site of connected social networks and www. bugünnereyegidelim.com and approved it or received the service digitally.

The user who wants to become a customer must fill out the forms on the Site with accurate and real information. You cannot have the right and authority to become a Customer without accepting contracts, terms and completing operations. The rights and obligations of the customer are those rights and obligations that belong to the applicant, which cannot be transferred in part or in full to any third party. Bugün Nereye Gidelim Services (Services): These are the applications offered by Bugün Nereye Gidelim in order to enable Customer to perform the work and transactions defined in this Bugün Nereye Gidelim Rental Brokerage Service Agreement within the Site. bugünnereyegidelim.com or the COMPANY is never the lessor. It is only the party that provides brokerage services for the rental between the parties through the Site. Bugün Nereye Gidelim may make changes and/or adaptations to its services offered on the Site at any time. The rules and conditions that Customer is obliged to comply with regarding the changes
and/or adaptations made are announced from the Site to the Customer, and the described terms and conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the Site.

3. Subject, Scope and purpose
3.1. 3.3 COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com may unilaterally terminate this Agreement at any time without justification, without notice, without compensation, penalties, etc. with immediate effect without other obligations. COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com is entitled to terminate or stop the relationship and use of the site by Customer or User if the Customer or User poses a risk to the information security system of the COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com and in cases of violation of the rules set out on the
Site.
3.4.COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com delivers broker service for agreement between owner of Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or a yacht and Customer. The Owner lessor and the Customer of the knowingly receive services in this regard.
3.4. in case of violation of any of the following conditions by Customer or User, bugünnereyegidelim.com is unilaterally entitled to cancel booking and request customer to leave Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or yacht, not to refund received deposit, advance and claim overdue and unpaid rent fee from the customer.

4. Booking and Payment:
4.1. Pre-bookings can be made via the booking form on our website or by SMS or phone or by e-mail.
4.2. COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com may pre-rent the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht that the customers want to rent by receiving the dates of the rental, contact, transportation and billing information.
4.3. COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com receives 50% of the total fee payable for Flat, Lodging, Villas, Summer Houses, Bungalows, Glamping, Chalets, Lake Houses, Boats or Yachts as a deposit payment after pre-rental or booking.
4.4. After pre-rental or reservation is made, Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht for which deposit is paid on the same day will be booked on behalf of the customer after the acceptance of the owner or Lessor. Otherwise, the booking or pre-rental will be canceled and will be considered invalid. COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com shall not be held responsible for cancellation or invalidation. In case of non-deposit of the deposit or prepayment Bugün Nereye Gidelim- bugünnereyegidelim.com , will be entitled to exercise the right to cancel the pre-booking without informing the customer and to receive other bookings for Flat, Lodging, Villas, Summer Cottages, Bungalows, Glamping, Chalets, Lake Houses, Boats or Yachts.
4.5. The closing amount, prepayment amount and bank account number information that the Customer must pay will be notified to the Customer by e-mail or SMS or phone. On the date of booking, it will be possible to pay deposit or prepayment by Wire Transfer, EFT and again by Credit Card through the site. Confirmation of the rental of a Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht will be sent to the customer in writing no later than 3 working days from the date of closing or prepayment. With the confirmation process, the booking process will be considered completed.
4.6. It is reported to the Customer that the cost of the rental fee received, the prepayment and the dates on which the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht is rented on behalf of the Customer.
4.7. For Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht bookings, 50% of the rental price will be charged in advance as prepayment and deposit in general. The remaining rental fee of 50% of the price amount will be paid to Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or yacht in advance at the entrance to Villa, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or yacht owner, or to the lessor. The entire rental price is determined as prepayment and deposit for Flat, Lodging, Villas, Summer Houses, Bungalows, Glamping, Chalets, Lake Houses, Boats or Yachts with special rental conditions on site.
4.8. Due to the fact that rental property is delivered to the customer with the fixture in case any item is broken, harmed, damaged, lost etc. although a damage deposit of a different amount is received from the Customer by COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com according to the specification of each Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht and this deposit will be paid in advance (cash) to the Owner or Lessor with the delivery of an Lodging, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht. 5. Prices:

6. Check-in and check-out:
6.1. The check-in time to the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht is no earlier than 16.00 and no later than 20:00. The Customer cannot enter the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht outside the specified hours. If the Customer arrives later than the specified latest check-in time, customer may check-in the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht one day later in the morning at the COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com's office start time (09:00) by informing the Owner or Lessor. These hours are determined by the Owner and Lessor and accepted by the Customer.

6.2 COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com is absolutely not responsible for the problems in case customer arrives before specified time or after the specified time to the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or a yacht or due the problems of having access to a night accommodation. 6.3. At the end of the booking, check-out time from the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht is 10:00 in the morning at the latest for all regions. The Customer is responsible for all the negativity and issues arising from problems, damages, victimization, deprivation of rights, etc. caused by the customers failure to leave or late checkout Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht at 10.00 AM in the morning and will cover any material damages of the COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com and the Owner or Lessor that may arise from these issues. 6.4. If the Customer leaves or checks out the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht early at his own request, the Customer will not be refunded any money. In case of an early check out and request to leave it is necessary to inform the COMPANY’e-bugünnereyegidelim.com about it 24 hours in advance. This will be reported to the Owner or Lessor. In such cases if customer leaves Flat, Lodging, Villa, Beach House, bungalow, glamping, Mountain House, Lake House, boat or yacht without control of Lodging, Villa, cottage, bungalow, glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or yacht after the necessary checks are made a damage deposit will be sent to the customer by the Owner or Lessor to a bank account that customer will notify and the shipping costs will be paid from the inside of the damage deposit..

7. The Capacity of rented property:

7.1. Customer, User or Guest will definitely not be accepted more than the capacity specified Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht on the website or more than the number of people specified when booking (including children and infants).
7.2. If a change in the number of people is requested by the Customer after the booking is completed, a written application will be submitted to the COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com and according to the capacity status of the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht, this change can be approved if the COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com deems it appropriate and the Owner or Lessor gives approval. In this case, the Owner, Lessor or COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com will be able to charge an additional fee to the Customer.
7.3. After check in to Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or a yacht no more customer or the guest definitely is accepted to Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or Yacht other than Customers or guests specified in the booking list. In cases where it is detected otherwise, company/bugünnereyegidelim.com is entitled to request customers or guests to leave Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or a yacht, without waiting for the end of the rental period or cancel the booking completely for Flatt, Lodging, Villa, Beach House, bungalow, it glamping for the Mountain House, Lake House, boat or yacht and to demand the evacuation and request total price or extra fees.

7.4. 8. Pets and Cigarettes:

8.2. Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht as a whole.

9. Cleaning, Maintenance and Extra Expenses of the Lessor:

9.1. Daily, weekly, monthly prices for Flat, Lodging, Villas, Cottages, Bungalows, Glamping, Chalets, Lake Houses, Boats or Yachts include entrance cleaning. In addition, all kinds of cleaning and towels/sheets, etc., will be requested, replacement is subject to a fee. COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com is not responsible for this. In order for periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures to be carried out, the staff on duty must enter it. In order for these services to be carried out without interruption, the Customer and Guests must allow the staff on duty to enter if necessary.
9.2. Otherwise, electricity, water, tube gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning use are included in the prices unless specified on the detail page of Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht on our website. Pool lighting, air conditioning and Internet may not be available as standard for every rented property, so it is advisable to carefully read the characteristics of the renter from the page.
10. Privacy and Security Policy
10.1 Information about customers, Users or guests will be used according to this Agreement and Annex-1 privacy and security policy which are an integral part of contract and one of the attachments under the contract. Customer, User or Guest has reviewed and accepted the Privacy and Security Policy Agreement available on the Site. The COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com may disclose or use confidential information belonging to the Customer, User or Guest to third parties only in accordance with the conditions set out in the Privacy and security Policy.
10.2. The data of the Customer, User and Guest, which may constitute personal data and entered into the Site by him, are collected by the COMPANY/bugünnereyegidelim.com for the use of the functions of the Site and for the above-mentioned purposes. Customer, user, and Guest agree that data collection, processing and transfer is mandatory to validate the operation of the site, otherwise it is not possible enjoyment of the services and features offered on the site.

11. Cancellation conditions:

11.1. This Agreement and its annex and ANNEX-2 Policy of Cancellation October as an integral part of this Agreement are accepted. • If the prepayment or closing payment is not completed, the booking will be canceled.
• Customer, User and Guest is required to make the cancellation notice in writing to BUGÜN
NEREYE GİDELİM REKLAM VE TANITIM TURİZM LİMİTED COMPANY and notifications that are not made in writing will not be accepted.
• In case of cancellation, BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM REKLAM VE TANITIM TURİZM LİMİTED COMPANY /bugünnereyegidelim.com will receive certain percentages of the total cost of the services specified in the rental agreement to cover the measures and costs taken in connection with the rental. These amounts were determined as follows.
• There is no refund of the deposit and prepayment sent for the booking,
• If 50% of the rental price has been paid in advance and the remaining 50% of the rental price will be refunded to the customers account in case of immediate cancellation within the same day, if the payment has been made, 50% of the rental price will be made as a prepayment and deposit deduction; the remaining 50% will be refunded to the customers account. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money. Because 50% (a percentage) of this price was made as a prepayment and deposit to the owner of the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht along with the booking.
• For private rentals where 100% (all) of the rental price must be received as a booking and closing fee, even if the booking is canceled, there will be no refund and a 100% deduction will be applied. Because 100% (percentage) of this price has been paid to the owner of the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht along with the entire booking and deposit.
• For bookings and rentals, 50% of which must be taken as a deposit, in case of full payment of rental fees to BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTEDCOMPANY according to the Customers own request, from the moment the payment takes place, for cancellations of Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht rental, up to 30 days after delivery or entry 50% (percentage) of the price paid will be retained and there will be no refund. The remaining 50% (percentage) will be returned to the customer's account number. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money. As a matter of fact, 50% (fifty percent) of this price was made as a prepayment to the owner of the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht along with the booking..
• If the cancellation of the booking takes place 30 days or less before the delivery or entry of the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht, the entire rental fee is not paid and a 100% deduction is applied.
• If the cancellation of the booking takes place 30 days or less before the delivery or arrival of the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht, the entire rental fee is not paid and a 100% deduction is applied.

• The deposit amount paid by the customer is a payment for rented flats, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or yacht, and it is not possible to transfer payment to another Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, glamping to Mountain Home, lake house, boat or yacht.
• After booking if it is understood that the credit card that the buyer paid for was used unfairly by unauthorized persons and if the booking fee is not paid by the relevant bank or financial institution to BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED
COMPANY/ bugunnereyegidelim.com then BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED COMPANY/ bugunnereyegidelim.com will be entitled to cancel the booking and if payment has been made the amount will not be refunded to the customer.
• Damages, costs, commission fees, etc. that will be charged by the State of the Republic of Turkey, bank or banks due to the refund of payments made by bank card or credit card such fees are deducted from the money that will be returned to the customer.
• If for any reason the booking of a Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht is canceled by the BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED COMPANY, this will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht available on the same dates in the portfolio, the Customer will be offered. In case of customers disapproval and in cases that situation is not under the force majeure clause, the money received from the customer will be refunded to the customer.
