Cancellation Conditions
• There is no refund of the cover and prepayment sent for the booking,
• If 50% of the rental price has been paid in advance and the remaining 50% of the rental
price will be refunded to the customer's account if the full payment has been made in the
rentals that should be received as a booking and deposit; the remaining 50% will be refunded
to the customer's account. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money.
• For rentals where 100% of the rental price must be received as a booking and deposit, there
will be no refund even if the booking is canceled, and a 100% deduction will be applied.
• For bookings and leases, 50% of which must be taken as a deposit, in case of full payment
of rental fees to BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED
COMPANY according to the Customer's own request, from the moment the payment takes
place, for cancellations of Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake
House, Boat or Yacht rental, up to 30 days after delivery or entry 50% (percentage) of the
price paid will be retained and there will be no refund. The remaining 50% (percentage) will
be returned to the customer's account number. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this
money. As a matter of fact, 50% (fifty percent) of this price was made as a prepayment to the
owner of the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat
or Yacht along with the booking.
• If the cancellation of the booking takes place 30 days or less before the delivery or arrival of
the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht,
the entire rental fee is not paid and a 100% deduction is applied.
• If there is no entrance to the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet,
Lake House, Boat or Yacht, the entire rental fee is not paid and a 100% deduction is applied.
• If there is no accommodation in the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping,
Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht, the entire rental fee is not paid and a 100% deduction is
applied.
• Booking has been created by the customer after rented Flat, Lodging, Villas, Cottages,
Bungalows, Glamping, Chalets, Lake Houses, Boats or Yachts are checked and liked through
bugünnereyegidelim.com and as shown on the website. There will be no refund or discount if
the customer refuses or cancels the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping,
Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht for reasons such as dislike or cancellation later or upon
delivery. In such a case, the entire rental price will not be refunded and a 100% deduction will
be applied.
• The deposit amount paid by the customer is a payment for rented flats, Lodging, Villa,
Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Mountain Home, lake house, boat or yacht, and it is not
possible to transfer payment to another Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, glamping to
Mountain Home, lake house, boat or yacht.
• After booking if it is understood that the credit card that the buyer paid for was used unfairly
by unauthorized persons and if the booking fee is not paid by the relevant bank or financial
institution to BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED
COMPANY/ bugunnereyegidelim.com then BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM
TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED COMPANY/ bugunnereyegidelim.com will be entitled
to cancel the booking and if payment has been made the amount will not be refunded to the
customer.
• Damages, costs, commission fees, etc. that will be charged by the State of the Republic of
Turkey, bank or banks due to the refund of payments made by bank card or credit card such
fees are deducted from the money that will be returned to the customer.
• If for any reason the booking of a Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping,
Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht is canceled by the BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM
TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED COMPANY, this will be notified to the
customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage,
Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht available on the same dates in the
portfolio, the Customer will be offered. In case of customer's disapproval and in cases that
situation is not under the force majeure clause, the money received from the customer will be
refunded to the customer.
• Requests for changes in the date of booking forwarded by the customer are approved by the
owners of Flat, Lodging, Villas, Summer Cottages, Bungalows, Glamping, Chalets, Lake
Houses, Boats or Yachts, free of charge by BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM
TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED COMPANY/ bugunnereyegidelim.com. If the owners of
Flat, Lodging, Villas, Cottages, Bungalows, Glamping, Chalets, Lake Houses, Boats or
Yachts do not approve the change in date, the customer can take action in accordance with the
cancellation conditions.
• If the customer's remaining payment is not made in time BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM
TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED COMPANY/ bugunnereyegidelim.com is
entitled to cancel the booking in question, which has been previously paid to return the
deposit or fee and Villa, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Mountain Home, lake
house, boat or yacht reserves the right to take another lessee. Cancellations of bookings can be
made in writing (by warning, e-mail or registered letter with refund). There is absolutely no
validity of booking cancellations made by talking by phone. Booking cancellations are valid
from the moment written notification reaches the BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM
TANITIM VE REKLAM LİMİTED COMPANY.

bugunnereyegidelim.com has the right to cancel the booking by returning the entire amount to
the Customer at any time in order to prevent any problems that may arise and to maintain the
satisfaction of the Customer or the owner.
• For non-use of the Flat, Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House,
Boat or Yacht, including cases of termination of the contract without any reason or duly
written notification BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM
LİMİTED COMPANY/ bugunnereyegidelim.com cannot be held responsible. The entire
rental price shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the Flat,
Lodging, Villa, Cottage, Bungalow, Glamping, Chalet, Lake House, Boat or Yacht and all
legal rights of the BUGÜN NEREYE GİDELİM TURİZM TANITIM VE REKLAM
LİMİTED COMPANY/ bugunnereyegidelim.com in this issue are reserved.
